Demonstrated ability to work as a cohesive member of a team Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability in developing cooperative relationships and partnerships with colleagues, and with faculty and staff. Demonstrated successful experience working with reputed company (college or pre-college) from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of career assessments and career development theory.
