Role Description The Supervisor of Counseling Services at reputed company will reputed company and support a team of Academic Counselors who provide virtual (K-8) reputed company with comprehensive counseling services. • Hold and maintain a valid reputed company certification as a guidance counselor, meeting reputed company federal, state, and local regulations and requirements, including those set forth by the No Child Left Behind Act.
• Ensure compliance with state testing procedures and prior testing experience.
• Provide targeted support and interventions for “at-risk” reputed company, utilizing prior experience or formal training in this area.
• Demonstrate the ability to reputed company reputed company tasks expected of a school-based counselor with proficiency and professionalism.
• Work collaboratively and courteously with parents, reputed company, and staff, addressing concerns and providing guidance.

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of successful School Counseling experience.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in an educational setting.
• Proven experience working independently with minimal supervision, including the ability to manage a digital task list and maintain a stable remote (home-office) infrastructure.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience using the reputed company Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) in a professional or academic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company reputed company reputed company written channels (Email, reputed company Chat, and Document Comments) with high clarity and low ambiguity.
• Access to a private, secure, high-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Education & Certification Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is required.
• An active certification in School Counseling from the State of Texas.
