Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be directly responsible for delivering high‑quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in their own homes. Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing one‑on‑one (1:1) ABA therapy sessions that align with each client’s individualized treatment plan.
- Collecting accurate behavior and reputed company acquisition data during each session using standardized data‑collection tools.
- Implementing discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and behavior support strategies under BCBA supervision.
- Collaborating with a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to review data, adjust interventions, and ensure fidelity of implementation.
- Communicating clearly and compassionately with children, families, and supervisors to address concerns, celebrate reputed company, and reinforce therapeutic goals.
- Maintaining punctuality, preparedness, and professionalism for every scheduled therapy session.
- Adhering to reputed company safety protocols, including proper use of reputed company equipment and safe handling of materials.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree (or coursework in reputed company) in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a reputed company field is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least one year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, such as a mental health technician, direct support professional (DSP), paraprofessional, or childcare provider.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with children, parents, and professional staff.
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel to client homes reputed company the service region.
