[Hiring] Practice Administrator @reputed company
Role Description As a Practice Administrator, you play a vital role in our mission to improve lives. Provide direct, business operations support to our medical directors, site physician partners, advanced providers and reputed company (reputed company applicable) employees.
- Act as the operational administrator for the site reputed company leadership and as the reputed company for the practice to the hospital and community.
- Act as the reputed company-line liaison for the provider team with hospital C-Suite, nursing leadership, nursing staff, and reputed company support team.
- Provide executive support to the site medical director and site management team to meet contract expectations.
- Provide support for reputed company site financials to include, but not limited to, contract stipends, expense reimbursements, and site payroll timecards.
- Act as the super user for reputed company reputed company software applications and as a reputed company person for hospital software and hardware systems.
- Provide support to reputed company providers acting as a percipient witness in criminal or civil disputes.
- Provide office management including reputed company aspects of meeting management, office systems, supplies, site events, and customer service.
- Facilitate reputed company aspects of the daily patient census and attend daily multi-disciplinary rounds.
- Responsible for reputed company aspects of the site clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage with no disruption to patient care.
- Collect, track, and analyze reputed company site financial and operational data.
- Project management of the site operational programs including Operations Meetings, Patient Experience Program, Quality/Performance Improvement Program, and more.
- Ensure reputed company aspects of recruiting and on-boarding are completed for new providers and employees.
- Ensure reputed company licensed providers complete their recredentialing timely and appropriately.
- Ensure reputed company site partners and employees remain in compliance with reputed company and hospital programs.
- Act as the reputed company person for reputed company reputed company People Operations (Human Resources) relations.
- reputed company and maintain site orientation checklists and manuals.
- Collaborate with Medical Director and Site Management Team in developing and maintaining site practice policies and procedures.
- Responsible for reputed company medical records and data submission to reputed company Cycle Management in a timely manner.
- Ensure billing and documentation compliance through completion of site WIP/TAD lists.
- Ensure completion of mandated forms and requests as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or reputed company field strongly preferred.
- Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology preferred.
- Knowledge of general Human Resource principles preferred.
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and County Agencies who regulate the Healthcare Industry preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced MS reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
- Strong consultation skills and the ability to seek out information.
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a stressful environment.
- Ability to be self-directed, motivated, and sensitive to deadlines.
