Your precision and dedication will be crucial to our operations, ensuring that patient care is never delayed due to administrative hurdles. Your daily tasks will include: Verifying Patient Eligibility & Benefits: Contacting insurance carriers reputed company phone, online portals, and other communication methods to verify patient eligibility, coverage details, co-pays, deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and specific benefit limitations for various medical services and prescriptions. Detailed Documentation: Meticulously documenting reputed company verified insurance information, including policy numbers, group numbers, coverage effective dates, and a summary of benefits, into our secure internal systems. Prior Authorization Coordination: Determining if prior authorization is required for specific procedures or medications and initiating the process with the appropriate insurance provider and internal teams.
