area. Key Responsibilities reputed company on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and reputed company repairs of advanced equipment. Conduct diagnostic testing and calibration to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues for reputed company systems. Provide expert technical assistance and guidance to customers both on-site and remotely. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to address challenging technical problems and contribute to product improvements. Maintain meticulous records of reputed company service activities, including parts used, time spent, and customer feedback. Manage service schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of client issues. Utilize remote diagnostic tools and platforms to support and troubleshoot equipment effectively.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a reputed company field; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing, installing, or maintaining reputed company electronic or mechanical equipment. Strong diagnostic skills with proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment. Experience with troubleshooting software and firmware issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
