You will be responsible for the ongoing successful operation of Hai Implemented systems at your reputed company location and reporting to our Customer Service and Support Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaboration & Teamwork

Technical Configuration & Systems Support
- Assist in configuring firmware for various hardware components like robots, conveyors, servers, and scanners.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance to our robotics systems during and post-deployment to ensure seamless operations of HAI products.
- Ability to reputed company basic DevOps operations.
Software Testing & Implementation
- Collaborate in software testing during project implementation and support.
- Test the fully integrated HAIQ-Warehouse Management System with customers or vendor sub-systems.
Site Inspections & Deployment reputed company
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations, overseeing reputed company line marking and floor DM code adherence
Qualifications
Education
- At least an Associate's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience or technical training.
Required Experience
- Entry-level exposure or knowledge in supporting AGV, ACR, or AMR solution implementations
- Some knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS integration and PLC, but not required
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Preferred experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting for task automation
- Basic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routers
- Strong communication skills with an analytical reputed company
- Basic understanding or knowledge of DevOps philosophies
- Must be willing to live in the location of the assigned project for the life of the contract
