Insurance Authorizations: Schedule peer-to-peer insurance authorizations for clinic visits, procedures/testing, and initiate and submit electronic prior authorizations for medications. Hospital Discharge Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments prior to hospital discharge. Additional Duties: Fulfill higher-functioning duties as defined by the department.
