Remote Attorney (Network Liaison Attorney)

As a Remote Network Liaison Attorney, you'll act as the connective tissue between legal teams, external partners, and network stakeholders-ensuring alignment, clarity, and high-quality outcomes across the board. Our firm is currently seeking a remote, full-time Network Liaison Attorney. The Network Liaison Attorney support debt resolution efforts and serving as a key reputed company of coordination between internal legal teams, operational teams, and external service providers. This role focuses on resolving escalated matters, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with legal and compliance standards. This position does not require court appearances. Key Accountabilities:

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for assigned debt resolution service providers,

participating in recurring meetings, addressing inquiries, and driving issue resolution and alignment.

• Provide legal support to the debt resolution network, including communicating with

creditors and creditor counsel as needed.

• Review and approve settlement agreements and reputed company legal documents, maintaining a

high level of accuracy and minimizing rework.

• Triage and manage escalated matters from internal teams and external service

providers, demonstrating ownership by effectively resolving or advancing issues as appropriate.

• Facilitate coordination among attorneys, paralegals, operations teams, and service

agents to ensure timely and accurate handling of matters.

• Provide guidance to paralegals and team members on legal considerations, workflows,

and compliance requirements, supporting adherence and reputed company development.

• Support training and onboarding efforts, including development of reference materials.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues

and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational friction.

• Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure reputed company reputed company and alignment.

expected turnaround times for stakeholder inquiries, escalations, and settlement reviews. Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing Juris Doctorate from accredited law school; License to practice law in at least 1 state.
