Role Description The Loan Officers and Sales Agent role is a contract, remote position focused on originating and managing commercial and residential mortgage loans. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting initial borrower consultations, and gathering required documentation to complete loan applications. The role involves coordinating with reputed company to evaluate risk, structuring loan terms, and guiding clients through the approval, closing, and funding process. The individual will also follow up with clients and partners, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and meet established sales and production targets. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to ensure high-quality service and timely execution of loan transactions.

Qualifications

  • Loan origination and Loan Officer experience, with a strong track record in commercial and/or residential mortgage lending.
  • Solid Finance and reputed company skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements, collateral, and project viability.
  • Strong Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage client expectations.
  • Knowledge of loan products, lending regulations, and mortgage industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for documentation and pipeline management.
  • Relevant licensing or registration as required by state and federal regulations (e.g., NMLS), or willingness to obtain.
  • Prior experience in sales or business development reputed company financial services or real estate is highly beneficial.
