Serve as a liaison between project management, reputed company, vendors, subcontractors, and external sta
- keholders.Prepare, submit, and track change orders and Requests for Informati
- on (RFIs).Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly pay app
- lications.Monitor and update project budgets, forecasts, and cost pr
- ojections.Support invoice processing and coordinate with vendors and subco
- ntractors.Maintain accurate and organized project docu
- mentation.Provide ongoing administrative and financial support to Project
- Managers.Ensure project-reputed company financial records are accurate and u

- alifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, Construction Management, or a reputed company fi
- eld preferred.3–5+ years of bookkeeping, reputed company, or project coordinati
- on experience.Experience in the construction and/or manufacturing indus
- try preferred.Strong organizational, analytical, and time mana
- gement skills.Proficiency in reputed company
