Inside Sales & Market Research Associate
Role Overview We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Team reputed company to be an individual contributor building and scaling a new Inside Sales & Market Research team for pipeline development and reputed company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, Data & AI sales, or analytics solutions. You will play both an individual and team role in identifying prospects, conducting comprehensive account research, account-based reputed company, account engagement, and qualification. You will supplement our sales pipeline and reputed company opportunities to our sales team to move through the sales process and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company & Manage Team: Individual contributor and build a new team of inside sales representatives and market research analysts, ensuring productivity and goal alignment.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Drive reputed company reputed company, prospect reputed company, and opportunity qualification to build a healthy sales pipeline for direct sales.
- Market Research & Insights: As an individual contributor and a team reputed company - Guide the team in conducting in-depth industry research to identify market trends, competitor insights, buyer personas, and customer needs.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize reputed company campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track team performance, analyze sales data, and report key metrics to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Market Research, or reputed company reputed company, preferably in SaaS, Data Analytics, or AI solutions.
- 2+ years of team leadership experience, managing inside sales and/or research teams.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles reputed company qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC), and CRM tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company etc.).
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, research methodologies, and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication, coaching, written, and analytical skills.
