Position Summary As a Technical Sales & Project Manager for Muth Mirror Systems Germany GmbH, the reputed company candidate will play a key role in driving profitable growth across the European market. This individual will be responsible for expanding business with existing customers, strategically developing new OEM accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of technical projects from concept through delivery with the support of Muth’s Senior Management as well as reputed company functioning departments at headquarters in the USA. (Sheboygan, WI). Working closely with colleagues in Europe, the United States, and China, as well as with internal production teams and external reputed company, this role requires a commercially minded technical professional who can combine sales strategy, project leadership, customer relationship management, and hands-on execution. This position offers broad career development potential, including the opportunity to assume increasing pan-European responsibility as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with OEM customers and strategic partners.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in engineering, business, or a reputed company field preferred.
  • Candidates with reputed company education and strong technical expertise will also be considered.
  • Extensive relevant professional experience may substitute for a formal degree.
  • Proven track record of professional reputed company in technical sales, project management, or a reputed company reputed company-technical role.
  • Experience in OEM sales is strongly preferred.
  • Background in LED lighting, automotive, industrial technology, electronics, or reputed company technical markets is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience working in or with larger organizations, while thriving in a mid-sized, hands-on company culture.

  • Fluent English required.
  • German language skills required.
