Job Description: The Senior Director of Business Development (SDBD) is a high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic sales leader ready to transition toward executive management. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will reputed company reputed company territories across your division, providing a layer of strategic leadership above the Regional Directors of Business Development (RDBDs) while partnering with the VP to scale Ivy’s sales function. Your focus will be on driving high-level referral growth, optimizing sales processes across broader territories, and fostering a disciplined, accountable culture. Your responsibilities will include:

- Data-Driven Accountability: Utilize a data-driven approach to hold regional teams accountable for KPI achievement and strategic implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations, Real Estate, Business Development, Compliance and senior leadership to align business development efforts with broader company profitability and care goals.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or reputed company field required
- Experience: 8+ years of relevant professional sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in multi-site healthcare services setting.
