Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology or reputed company field and 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce / Digital Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. Leadership Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership. Strategic problem solver with leadership experience in driving team solutions. Expertise in eCommerce & digital marketing (SEO, Content, Social, Web, API). Strong financial acumen, with knowledge of profit drivers and reputed company analysis. Technical proficiency in system optimization and IT solutions (PIM, DAM, CRM, CMS). Excellent communicator, fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams.
