Position Summary: The Scrum Master plays a dual role in both facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing technical projects across a range of complexities. This individual will serve as a servant-leader for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring Agile principles are upheld while also driving the successful delivery of technical initiatives. This role is instrumental in empowering teams to deliver high-value outcomes iteratively and incrementally, while fostering a culture of ownership and accountability. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment and transparency.
