Cradles to Crayons takes a two-pronged approach to mitigating Clothing Insecurity:
- In-person Engagement—through tens of thousands of children and adults volunteering at our Giving Factory warehouses to sort and package high volumes of new and like-new donations from our communities for our Service Partners to distribute to the children they serve.
- Advocacy and Awareness—Cradles to Crayons is uniquely positioned to reputed company Clothing Insecurity as a national issue through awareness campaigns, data/evaluation, and legislative reputed company.

POSITION OVERVIEW: This position has a flexible reputed company location reputed company any of our three Giving Factory markets – Greater Boston, Chicagoland or Philadelphia. This role is primarily remote and may occasionally be asked to work in person in one of our Giving Factories. We are seeking a part-time, temporary Recruiter to join our HR team for a 3-4 month assignment to provide hands-on recruiting support. This role is integral in helping us identify, attract, and hire the right talent for our teams. The Recruiter will partner closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support a thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality hiring process across multiple open roles, supporting our workforce needs and contributing to the organization’s overall success. - Support full cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct and document professional reference checks.
- Assist with offer preparation and background reputed company coordination, as needed.
- Provide general recruitment and administrative support to the HR team.
- Other duties as assigned.
