Job Summary As a Remote Pharmacy Technician at reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer service from the comfort of your own home. You will work closely with our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and resolve any issues that may arise. Your primary responsibilities will include processing patient enrollments, handling patient medication requests, and resolving third-party rejections.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company' proprietary data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by entering data into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Research and obtain missing prescription information, and interpret clinical truncations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and communicate effectively with patients and prescribers as needed.
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
• Resolve third-party rejections by investigating, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at remote locations, and identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Reside in Texas
• Hold a valid Pharmacy Technician certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
• Possess basic computer skills, including:
• Starting and shutting down PC
• Using a mouse to reputed company and click
• Starting and closing programs
• Switching between programs
• Saving files and printing documents
• Accessing data online
• Have reputed company web search tools skills, including:
• Opening a browser
• Typing in URLs in the correct location
• Using a search reputed company
• Bookmarking a webpage
• Navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons
• Completing forms online
• Possess intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

• At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment
• At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy technician with certification/registration by state as recognized by the state Board of Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
• Moderate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents)
