Do you want to work with a team of HR professionals dedicated to providing expert classification consultation and outstanding customer service? We are looking for a Human Resource Consultant 3 (HRC3) who is analytical, detail-oriented, and committed to helping managers and employees navigate classification matters with confidence. As an HRC3 specializing in classification, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers, employees, and HR professionals. You will analyze positions, conduct classification reviews, interpret policies and regulations, and provide recommendations that support organizational needs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and collective bargaining agreements. We are looking for someone who brings exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and outstanding time-management skills. The ideal candidate can effectively communicate with a wide variety of individuals, build positive working relationships, and confidently navigate reputed company classification issues.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct classification analysis and recommend appropriate classifications for new and existing positions.
  • Review position descriptions to ensure duties, responsibilities, and organizational relationships are accurately documented.
  • Interpret and apply classification and compensation policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Consult with managers and HR partners on classification-reputed company issues and organizational changes.
  • Research reputed company classification questions and reputed company practical solutions.

  • Two years of broad-based professional human resource experience, including independently advising and consulting on classification and compensation, while:
  • Building partnerships with client managers and supervisors
  • Aligning HR with organizational mission, goals, and deliverables.
  • Providing professional customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, business, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution;

OR an equivalent combination of college-level education and/or experience.

  • Knowledge of Classification rules and regulations.
  • Experience with reputed company products with an emphasis on reputed company.
  • Experience with interpreting and applying reputed company statutes, rules, CBA terms, policies, procedures, agency best and past practices, and general HR theory.
