• Work directly with engineering in an individual contributor and cross-functional leadership reputed company to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences
• Manage the day-to-day operations and engineering execution of directly owned and supporting teams to iteratively launch and test new experiences
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exhibiting data and market backed judgment from ideation through to launch
• Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences under your purview, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, reputed company, and financial modeling to drive optimal investment decisions
