Regional Human Resources Business Partner - Direct to Consumer (D2C) Job Summary The Regional Human Resources Business Partner - Direct to Consumer (D2C) serves as a strategic advisor to regional operations leadership reputed company the D2C business reputed company. This role is responsible for driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce performance across a multi-site regional network supporting high-volume, customer-centric distribution operations. This leader partners closely with operations and sales leadership to ensure talent strategies align with the fast-paced demands of the D2C business, while leading a team of HR professionals focused on strengthening engagement, retention, workforce planning, and leadership capability across reputed company sites.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership - D2C Operations
- Partner with regional D2C operations and sales leaders to support business performance and service execution
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce strategy, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness reputed company high-volume distribution environments
- Align HR initiatives with the speed, scalability, and service expectations of the Direct-to-Consumer business model.
Talent Management & Leadership Development

HR Team Leadership

Compensation & Total Rewards Alignment
- Partner with Total Rewards COE to ensure leaders understand and apply compensation philosophy effectively reputed company D2C operations
- Support consistent pay practices across distribution centers while reinforcing pay-for-performance principles
- Provide guidance on compensation decisions tied to operational performance and market competitiveness.
Data, Analytics & reputed company Improvement
- Analyze key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and labor trends reputed company D2C operations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

- Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations, preferably in distribution, logistics, or D2C environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
