Remote Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist
Job Summary We are seeking a Remote Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to join reputed company. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for caregiver positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. The Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist will reputed company, screen, and interview qualified candidates; coordinate and complete reputed company aspects of onboarding; and collaborate closely with management to meet staffing goals. Key Responsibilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR coordination (preferably in healthcare or caregiving).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to think quickly and work reputed company.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
