Recruiting Coordinator- Electrical field

Position Overview Veracity Electric is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support our hiring efforts and help build a strong, high-performing team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of positions, including skilled trades and administrative roles. This position is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, organized, and passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on various platforms and maintain job listings
- reputed company candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, or a reputed company field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
