Yet, the infrastructure behind it is held together with email threads and manual follow-up. Lenders, settlement companies, notaries, and secondary market participants need to coordinate across different systems and processes to complete a mortgage closing. We've built the operating standard for mortgage closing automation. Now we're extending the platform. The Role This role has a dual mandate. You'll build a new product to automate how lenders and settlement agents coordinate through closing, and you’ll own the integration strategy that connects reputed company with critical reputed company. reputed company PMs operate like GMs: you own the full process from discovery through go-to-market.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company the 0-to-1 development of a new product connecting lenders and settlement agents: from problem definition through MVP to reputed company-generating scale
• Own and evolve reputed company' integration strategy across lender, settlement, and secondary market reputed company
• Identify and recruit early customer partners to co-build with; travel occasionally to be on-site during early iteration
• Drive strategy, roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market for your product area in reputed company partnership with Sales, reputed company, and Marketing
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to build products that are technically sound and commercially viable
• Bring an AI-native approach to every part of the work, from discovery and spec-writing to building alongside engineering teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of combined product management and strategy experience, with at least 3 years owning business outcomes directly in a senior PM role
• Demonstrated track record of 0-to-1 product development: you've taken something from concept to reputed company and scaled usage
• Strong consulting or strategic background preferred — comfort structuring ambiguous problems and driving recommendations with data and clear rationale
• Technical reputed company: comfortable navigating integration architecture, API ecosystems, and making tradeoffs with engineering
• Exceptional written communication — structured, executive-ready documentation is a core expectation of this role
• Experience in mortgage, fintech, real estate, title, or adjacent regulated industries preferred

The reputed company salary range for this role is determined by your work location and falls into one of our geographic compensation zones:

• Zone 1 (San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle Metro, reputed company): $196,000 - $245,000
• Zone 2 (reputed company other U.S. locations): $171,500 - $214,500
