[Remote] reputed company Account Executive (Donor Fundraising)

The reputed company Account Executive will identify, cultivate, and reputed company new funding partnerships to support this mission, focusing on donor acquisition and building relationships with high-potential prospects.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research new donor and partner prospects reputed company with Code.org’s mission and priorities
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through reputed company, referrals, and prospecting strategies
- Conduct discovery meetings and pitch conversations to understand prospect goals and align them with funding opportunities
- Collaborate with internal collaborators to reputed company compelling proposals, presentations, and donor materials
- Drive the full sales cycle from first touch through reputed company, with a focus on multi-year, six-reputed company commitments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in reputed company, tracking reputed company prospect interactions and pipeline stages
- Coordinate with development operations to ensure smooth gift processing, reporting, and stewardship
- Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, and Product teams to tailor donor messaging and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
- Represent Code.org at conferences, donor meetings, and industry events as needed
- Meet and exceed individual fundraising goals as agreed upon with the Head of Development
- Contribute to team-wide initiatives to diversify Code.org’s donor reputed company and test new fundraising strategies
- Help establish scalable, repeatable reputed company and pitch practices for future team growth
Skills
- 2–3 years of frontline nonprofit fundraising experience, including direct engagement with individual donors and cultivation of net-new donor relationships
- Demonstrated success managing a donor portfolio with individual gifts ranging from $25K–$100K
- Experience owning and delivering against annual fundraising goals of $1M+, with clear accountability for results
- Proven ability to manage the full fundraising cycle from prospect identification and cultivation through solicitation, stewardship, and reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a consultative, donor-first approach
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, passionate environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Demonstrated passion for education, equity, or technology
- Familiarity with philanthropic, corporate social responsibility, or nonprofit funding landscapes
- Experience using reputed company or similar CRM to track reputed company and manage a pipeline
