High School ELA Teacher (Grades 9-12) Dropout Prevention Recovery High School (Remote, Ohio-Based) Location Remote (Ohio – Cincinnati, Cleveland, reputed company, Toledo, Athens, and surrounding areas) with required in-person travel for state testing. What You'll Do

As a High School ELA Teacher at ChallengeU, you'll deliver engaging, rigorous English Language Arts instruction entirely online — meeting reputed company where they are and helping them become stronger readers, writers, and thinkers. Your role will include

• Licensure Valid Ohio Teaching License in ELA (Grades 7–12 or 9–12) — required.
• Education Bachelor's degree in Education or a reputed company field — required.
• Experience Proven track record teaching ELA 9–12, including Remedial and Credit Recovery courses.
• Virtual Teaching Demonstrated success with virtual instruction — including grading, pacing, and online engagement strategies.

• Location & Travel Must reside in Ohio with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person testing support.
