Job Summary As a Remote Intake Coordinator, you will be the first reputed company of contact for incoming service requests. Your role is critical in gathering accurate information, dispatching service calls, and maintaining clear communication between customers, technicians, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and document service requests accurately Gather necessary details, including vehicle/unit information, service needs, and location reputed company calls to appropriate technicians or service providers Track service reputed company and provide updates to customers and team members Ensure reputed company data is recorded in the system for accurate invoicing and record-keeping Provide excellent customer service with a professional and helpful attitude Work assigned shifts in a remote setting, maintaining availability during scheduled hours
Qualifications
