Job Description: We are seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist who is passionate about helping people and creating exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, reputed company, and attention to detail. You will play a key role in guiding potential clients through the intake process, coordinating consultations, and supporting the firm's growth by delivering outstanding customer service. Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support administrative processes reputed company to client onboarding
- Enter and update information reputed company the CRM system

- Open new matters and maintain accurate client records
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments
- Conduct client intake interviews and gather relevant information
- Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding client needs and next steps

- Assist in creating a positive and seamless client experience throughout the intake process
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Send retainer agreements and follow up as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective and existing clients
Requirements:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. EST
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Previous experience in intake, customer service, client relations, call handling, or legal support preferred
- Experience working with law firms is highly preferred
- Ability to manage approximately 10 to 15 phone calls per day
- Experience using CRM systems required
- Experience with reputed company preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion
