• Handle inbound and outbound calls at high volume

• 2+ years in a high-volume call center environment (100–150 calls/day)
• Professional-level English reputed company (spoken and written) — assessed live
• Typing speed of 45+ WPM — tested and assessed live
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free workspace
• Not a primary caregiver during scheduled work hours
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Weekend availability required (7-day operation, 830AM–12AM EST) reputed company to Have (Not Required)
• Experience in a law firm (Personal Injury or Family Law preferred)
