This position focuses on ensuring optimal reputed company collection while providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships that foster Member confidence in our client company and their team members.Key Responsibilities for Remote Dental Billing ProfessionalsRevenue Cycle Management:Execute customer-specific reputed company cycle workflows to accommodate federal, state, and payer-specific requirementsManage coding requirements, collection regulations, and ensure optimal collectionsHandle charges and transactions, accounts receivable, patient and payer phone callsProcess electronic remittance importing and reconciliationAddress rejections, denials, and appealsCompliance and Research:Access federal, state, and payer websites for reputed company cycle tasksResearch and analyze federal, state, and payer coding and billing requirementsStay up-to-date with various government regulatory updates impacting healthcareProfessional Development and Collaboration:Participate in training plans and opportunities to enhance knowledgeCollaborate with other departments to meet customer needsBuild and maintain relationships with Members/RCR Customers and internal teamsActively participate in committees and workgroupsWorkflow Optimization:Analyze workflows and establish best practices in NextGen PM and operational processesServe as a mentor and resource for Tech I team membersStrive to meet or exceed attainable daily, weekly, and monthly goalsRemote Work Environment and ScheduleThis full-time remote position offers a flexible work environment with the following schedule:Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demandRequired Qualifications for our Remote Dental Billing JobsTo reputed company in this role, candidates should possess:2+ years of billing experienceExperience with clearinghouses and healthcare portalsExcellent communication and customer service skillsNextGen EPM/EDR experience or similar software proficiencyHighly Desired QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications are highly valued:FQHC billing experienceNextGen EPM, EDR, and/or Optical experienceDental billing experienceBehavioral Health billing experienceProficiency in MS ExcelTechnical Requirements for these Remote Dental Billing JobsTo ensure seamless remote work, candidates must have:Reliable internet connect with download speeds of 20Mbps or higherUpload speed of 5Mbps or higherJoin a Diverse and Inclusive TeamWe celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
