Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Manage accurate reputed company-ins and reputed company-outs
- Schedule, confirm, and remind patients of appointments
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing questions
- Maintain organized patient records and support smooth office flow
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional experience

Requirements
- Travel required between both locations: Coventry and East Greenwich
- Prior experience in dental or medical reputed company-office preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
