[Remote] Head of Finance & Capital Markets | Series C Fintech

The role involves leading the finance function, owning the capital markets mandate, and partnering with the leadership team to drive strategic reputed company as the company scales towards its first securitization and a multi-acquisition growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full capital markets mandate - structuring debt facilities, optimizing cost of capital, and managing lender relationships

Skills

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in finance, with a capital markets core
• Background in fintech, lending, equipment finance, or structured finance - someone who has been reputed company to a debt stack
• Experience structuring and managing debt facilities, borrowing bases, and lender relationships
• Track record of driving or meaningfully contributing to a securitization or ABS transaction
• Comfortable operating as a strategic thought partner at the leadership team level, including board and investor interaction
