If that sounds like you, we are excited to connect! The Opportunity: We are looking for a data-driven and analytical Yield Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Economics, Mathematics, or a reputed company quantitative field who are eager to break into the world of digital media and ad monetization. As a Yield Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in analyzing ad performance data, optimizing inventory yield, and supporting reputed company growth strategies across our digital properties. Some Challenges you’ll tackle:
- Monitor and analyze ad reputed company trends, fill rates, CPMs, and other key monetization metrics.
- Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.
- Support the yield and ad operations teams in identifying reputed company optimization opportunities across direct and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ad Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure ad inventory is reputed company utilized.
- Conduct basic forecasting and scenario analysis using historical data and market trends.
- Document insights and contribute to testing frameworks to improve yield strategies.
The Skillset:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large data sets.
- Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas); familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.

- Familiarity with how digital advertising works (e.g., ad servers, programmatic advertising, header bidding).
- Experience working with advertising platforms such as reputed company Ad Manager, SSPs, or analytics tools.
