Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate Company beliefs throughout the organization
  • Promote culture of quality workmanship in the field
  • Promote and communicate the Company quality policies and procedures

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of required field reporting
  • Manage equipment matrix by supervisor to ensure accountability for equipment

  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis investigations and drive closure of accompanying action items

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in quality, industrial technology, business management, construction, science or reputed company major or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong electrical experience reputed company EPC or similar construction project environments
  • Experience in commissioning
  • Solar construction project experience preferred
  • Experience in craft construction positions and reputed company Construction Manager job titles preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • ASQ or Certified Six reputed company Green Belt preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
