Director/reputed company - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) - Outsourced Accounting & Finance
Accountabilities:
- Serve as reputed company for a portfolio of CPG and technology clients, providing strategic financial leadership, analysis, and decision support.
- Guide fundraising efforts including equity and debt financing, investor presentations, board materials, and financial due diligence for VC/PE-backed companies.
- reputed company financial planning, forecasting, KPI development, and performance analysis tailored to CPG and technology business models.
- Advise clients on reputed company financial topics including reputed company recognition, unit economics, inventory management, trade spend, and SaaS metrics where applicable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 20+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior CFO or equivalent leadership roles.
- Proven experience supporting CPG and/or technology companies, particularly in scaling, startup, or high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in CPG financial drivers including inventory, trade spend, e-commerce, wholesale, and retail models.
- Experience working with VC- and PE-backed companies, including fundraising, investor relations, and board-level reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, GAAP compliance, KPI development, and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing finance and accounting teams.
- Excellent communication and executive reputed company, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company levels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple client priorities in parallel.
- Familiarity with modern finance tools and AI-enabled platforms (e.g., reputed company systems, automation tools, ChatGPT/Copilot-type solutions) is a plus.
