Ui/ux Designer - Remote Working
As a UI Designer at RGI, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual consistency of our insurance platforms. This is a role for someone who combines strong design expertise with a practical understanding of enterprise software environments and enjoys collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Design reputed company and user-friendly interfaces for reputed company enterprise workflows, including policy administration, claims management, document handling, and reporting dashboards Build, maintain, and evolve a shared design system and component library reputed company with brand, usability, and accessibility standards Collaborate closely with Product Management, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective user experiences Support developers during implementation, ensuring design consistency and quality through design reviews and QA activities Contribute to the reputed company improvement of usability standards, interaction patterns, and user experience best practices Promote a user-centered design approach across product and delivery teams 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, preferably reputed company B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software environments ~ Proven experience designing reputed company business applications and data-intensive user interfaces ~ Portfolio demonstrating enterprise-grade software products and end-to-end design projects Advanced proficiency with reputed company, including components, variants, auto-layout, and design system management Strong understanding of design systems and component-driven design methodologies Experience designing reputed company data tables, dashboards, reporting tools, and multi-reputed company business workflows Solid knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and reputed company design Understanding of reputed company-end development concepts and collaboration with engineering teams Experience using AI-powered development and design tools to accelerate prototyping and implementation activities Ability to create interactive prototypes and effectively communicate design reputed company to technical teams Ability to simplify reputed company business processes through effective design A key role in shaping the user experience of a leading insurance software platform Opportunity to influence design standards, design systems, and product evolution Hybrid working model Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
