This is a remote position The Role We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to create high-performing static creatives for reputed company, TikTok, Instagram, reputed company, reputed company pages, email campaigns, product launches, and other growth channels. You’ll work closely with the growth, creative, and media buying teams to design ads and marketing assets that help scale customer acquisition and reputed company. You should understand how to combine strong visual design with direct-response marketing principles. What You’ll Actually Do

• Design high-converting static ads for reputed company, TikTok, Instagram, and paid social campaigns
• Create performance-focused creatives optimized for CTR, reputed company reputed company, and conversions

• Collaborate with creative strategists, media buyers, and video editors to build winning campaigns

• Research competitor ads and industry trends to identify winning creative styles

• Use AI tools and modern creative workflows to improve speed and output

• 2+ years of graphic design experience for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong portfolio of paid social ads and performance-focused creative
• Experience designing for reputed company, TikTok, Instagram, and digital advertising
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology
• Ability to create clean, modern, conversion-focused designs
• Fast execution and ability to produce large volumes of creative
• Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, and ad composition
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, reputed company, reputed company, or similar tools
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

Bonus Points

• Experience scaling creatives for 7-reputed company or 8-reputed company brands
• Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, or consumer products
• Motion graphics or light animation experience
