Supervisor Customer Support Team (Remote)

Full time, Spain, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of a travel consultant team, including managing key performance indicators (KPI), workload, providing assistance, and coaching. As the Operations Supervisor you will also be the primary reputed company of contact for the team members and actively coach and reputed company the team to meet and exceed reputed company performance targets. 

As a Supervisor Customer Support Team, you will

• Provide leadership to a team of travel consultants 

• Collaborate with performance data to maximize the effectiveness of the team 

• reputed company learning programs for closing own short- and long-term competency gaps 

• Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties 

• Maintain knowledge of necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) 

• Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control 

About you

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry 

• You have relevant supervising experience

• Advanced skills on GDS Amadeus

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

• Proficient in reputed company Office applications 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

• Spain: 30,000 - 38,000 EUR
• France: 33,000-45,000 EUR
• Poland: 103,200-126,000 PLN
• Germany: 54,000-62,000 EUR
• Netherlands: 51,000-58,000 EUR
• Belgium: 48,000-58,000 EUR

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
