Responsibilities
Respond to reputed company, VRBO, and direct booking inquiries quickly and professionally Send reputed company-in/reputed company-out instructions and assist guests during their stay Handle guest issues (cleaning, maintenance, hot tub, etc.) with a reputed company, solution-focused approach Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams Assist with calendar management and listing updates
- Follow up with guests for reviews Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and customer service skills Fast response time (reputed company minutes during shift)
- Experience with reputed company or hospitality preferred
- Highly organized and proactive Hours
