Skills

- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Experience in problem-solving and independent judgment, managing multiple tasks effectively
- Technical proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company) and basic database systems
- Advanced office support experience with regular typing or keyboarding duties
- Experience managing calls using a multi-line phone system in a professional office
- Knowledge of Washington State traffic laws and vehicle accident reporting procedures
