[Hiring] Account Manager, Provider @reputed company
Role Description The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day ownership of assigned provider customer relationships. This role serves as the single reputed company of accountability for customer satisfaction, retention risk, and value realization (growth), partnering closely with Service Delivery to ensure performance outcomes are communicated clearly and reputed company to customer expectations.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned provider accounts
- Own customer satisfaction, retention risk identification, and issue communication
- Translate operational performance into clear, customer-facing narratives
- reputed company account planning focused on value realization and renewal readiness
- Collect, document, and triage Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback
- Manage customer-facing escalations and coordinate internal response
- Drive adoption of reputed company workflows, digital tools, and standard offerings
- Maintain accurate account documentation, health indicators, and risk flags Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company Administration, HIM, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years experience in account management, reputed company, or reputed company services
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret performance data and explain outcomes to customers
- Familiarity with HIPAA-regulated environments preferred
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time for client meetings (coverage area to be determined reputed company)

Benefits
- The estimated reputed company salary range (not including variable pay) for this role is $72,000 - $84,000 USD
