Summary
Of Position Role/Responsibilities Human Resources and Operations Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of HR and administrative tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient employee experience, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting multiple workstreams reputed company to recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, operations, and executive support. Essential Functions Of The Job
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including opening and closing requisitions, conducting phone and AI screenings, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, gathering feedback, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including client onboarding, orientation, HRIS and client documentation, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure readiness.
- Coordinate employee offboarding to ensure a smooth and respectful transition, including conducting exit interviews for voluntary separations.
- Maintain accurate, reputed company employee records, documents, and internal HR files across trackers and the reputed company HRIS system.
- Manage inboxes and administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, email organization, feedback consolidation, reputed company meeting requests, and correspondence.
- Assist with collecting annual performance feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including document management, data entry, and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assign required reputed company and compliance training to new hires and employees during annual refresh cycles.
