In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting Remote patient monitoring patients navigate our programs. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a passion for helping others access necessary healthcare services. We provide highly personalized care for each patient. Patients have the same care partner – a Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company) – that calls and stays in touch with the patient each month. The patients and care partners know each other well, building strong relationships and trust. Responsibilities

• Help patients navigate our programs, ensuring adoption and use of equipment.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping Accurately document patient information, enrollment details, and program eligibility assessments in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems.
• Follow-Up and Coordination Monitor the reputed company of enrollment applications, communicate with patients, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the enrollment process.
• Patient Education Provide patients with clear and concise explanations regarding healthcare programs offered by reputed company.
• Compliance and Privacy Adhere to reputed company relevant privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborative Approach Work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, social workers, and other relevant parties to ensure seamless patient enrollment.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant Possess an active certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited institution ( NHA, AAMA,NCCT, NAHP, etc).
• Medical Terminology Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses to accurately assess patient eligibility.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company information in a clear and understandable manner.
