This role involves solving a full range of logistics challenges by engaging with customers and/or agents in a dynamic and challenging environment. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer requests reputed company phone, email, and website with urgency and attention to detail.
- Using proprietary logistics management platforms, process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for medical, aerospace, telecommunications, and high-tech industries.
- Verify customer instructions and ensure necessary permits/licenses are in reputed company for country requirements.
- Determine reputed company based on reputed company, availability, and customer service.
- Confirm customs clearance.
- Collaborate with service partners and brokers for pre-alerts and to resolve clearance issues.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, agents, brokers, and colleagues.
- Receive, review, verify, and process import and export documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Inform customers of customs clearance, delivery instructions, and other required information.
- Prepare, reputed company, and cut reputed company bills and manifests.
- Identify, document, and escalate shipping irregularities and non-conformance.
- Handle non-conformances and reschedule shipments if needed.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and data entry.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Must have outstanding communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
