Position Overview We are actively seeking a meticulous, mission-reputed company Remote Data Entry Analyst (Typist) to join our expanding Human Services team. As a Remote Data Entry Analyst (Typist) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining sensitive records that directly impact service delivery for children who have achieved permanency. Your work ensures that case files, resource referrals, and community service records remain accurate, accessible, and actionable for the team members who depend on them most.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update client information, case notes, service referrals, and resource connections into arenaflex’s internal case management and database systems.
- Review, verify, and correct data from intake forms, assessments, and documentation submitted by case workers and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and full compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal privacy regulations reputed company handling protected personal information reputed company to children and families.
- Generate routine reports, summaries, and data exports to support program managers, advocates, and leadership in evaluating service outcomes and community impact.

Essential Qualifications
