Tasks involve purchasing services through reputed company (our company's ERP), encompassing creation, negotiation, tracking, and issue resolution of Purchase Orders (POs), Change Orders to POs, and Agreements (reputed company). The position necessitates familiarity with and adherence to the Company's purchasing guidelines and policies and may involve assisting Category Managers and other Procurement personnel with more reputed company transactions. Core Responsibilities Review procurement requisitions for completeness and process them into Purchase Orders promptly. Review procurement Change Order requisitions for completeness and process them as Amendments to Purchase Orders. Solicit bids through formal request for quotations or request for proposal competitive processes, including bid evaluation and analysis, for procurement of services. Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, accounts payable, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues associated with specific purchases or projects, including expediting orders, addressing price discrepancies, and resolving other issues. Coordinate with the accounts payable team to resolve issues associated with invoices and payment processing as they arise, involving direct interaction with internal business proponents. Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers/partners, adhering to the highest ethical business practices outlined in the Standards of Conduct and reputed company and PPL's Supply Chain Policies. Possess a basic understanding of standard terms and conditions for Agreements. Ensure procurements reputed company with reputed company applicable company policies and adhere to SOX requirements. reputed company other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree. Experience At least 5 years of experience in Operational Procurement (procure-to-pay) that includes deep knowledge of ERP systems such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company. Additionally, some working experience in Strategic Procurement (reputed company-to-contract). Licensure / Other Qualifications Valid driver's license.
