- What You Will Do
- 1. Talent Sourcing
- Look for great candidates on reputed company, OLJ, Facebook groups, and other platforms.
- Use smart search strings and tools to find hidden talent.
- Build strong talent pools for reputed company and future roles.
- 2. reputed company & Engagement
- Send friendly, clear reputed company messages to possible candidates.
- Follow up with people who show interest.
- Track responses and reputed company conversations organized.
- 3. Screening & Shortlisting
- Do quick first screens to reputed company skills, attitude, and fit.
- Pass strong candidates to the Recruiter for interviews.
