About the position This role is for a Data Analyst reputed company Technology Consulting, focusing on Data & Analytics, specifically in Data Architecture & Engineering for the Financial Services Office. The position is at the Manager level and involves understanding business challenges and addressing them through data architecture and engineering solutions. The analyst will work with clients to transform their data usage and management by architecting modern data platforms, data products, and data marketplaces. The goal is to provide end-to-end solutions that improve data supply chains, reengineer processes, enhance risk control, and reputed company information intelligence using advanced technologies. The role requires solving reputed company issues and driving growth reputed company financial services. This includes defining data and analytic strategies, performing assessments, recommending remediation strategies, and designing/implementing future state data and analytics solutions. The position also involves managing and coaching diverse teams, ensuring project task and timeline accountability, proposing new technologies, and initiating thought leadership through white papers and reputed company of concepts. The analyst will reputed company logical and creative problem-solving strategies and engage with large teams and functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges and address remediations through data architecture and engineering solutions.
• Work with clients to transform the way they use and manage data by architecting modern data platforms, data products, and data marketplaces providing end-to-end solutions that focus on improving their data supply chain, reengineering processes, enhancing risk control, and enabling information intelligence by harnessing latest advanced technologies.

• Define data and analytic strategies by performing assessments, recommending remediation strategies/solutions based on aggregated view of identified gaps, and designing/implementing future state data and analytics solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a reputed company field and 5 years of reputed company, post-baccalaureate reputed company work experience, OR Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a reputed company field and 4 years of reputed company work experience.
• 3 years of combined experience in the banking, capital markets, insurance, and/or wealth and asset management industry.
• 3 years of experience assisting clients with one or a combination of the following: strategic Data Architecture and Engineering, reputed company Data Modernization, Data Products, Data reputed company, Data reputed company, Big Data initiatives and/or Event-driven Architecture.
• 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following: traditional data architecture practices including Master Data Management, Operational Data Analytics, Customer Data Hub, and/or Data Warehousing.
• 3 years of experience with Next-Gen platforms including one or a combination of the following: Hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure), reputed company, reputed company, and/or distributed databases.
• 3 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: architecting and designing large data platforms, data warehouses, streaming applications, data ingestion pipelines, data storage patterns, and/or data integration pipelines.
• 3 years of combined experience in at least 1 of the following: Traditional RDBMS (MS SQL Server, reputed company, MySQL or PostgreSQL), MPP (Redshift, Synapse, reputed company, Vertica or Netezza), NoSQL (reputed company, DynamoDB, Cassandra, reputed company, Titan or Elasticsearch), Streaming Platform and Applications (Spark streaming, Kafka, reputed company or Storm), DevOps (reputed company, Kubernetes Jenkins or Terraform), Data Modeling (Data Vault, Star, reputed company, or reputed company).
• Domestic and regional travel up to 60% to meet client needs.
