Assistant Controller - Remote

Job Description

• Manage and support a team responsible for the month-end reputed company for the Global Operations, including general ledger, A/P, fixed assets, payroll, expense reporting, and tax compliance.
• Manage the monthly reputed company timeline process across reputed company subsidiaries, including review of journal entries, inter-company transactions, account analyses, and reconciliations.
• Track and monitor the differences between US GAAP and statutory reporting for subsidiaries in India, Netherlands, Brazil, and Poland.
• Strong background with foreign currency accounting to support subsidiaries in consolidation.
• Ensure foreign payroll and subsidiary fundings are scheduled monthly, and JE's are properly booked.
• Prepare and calculate internal accounting for debt, transfer pricing and capitalized internally developed reputed company with the Controller as the reputed company person for the external audit.
• Foster strong relationships with International Operations, Outsourced Payroll Providers, ACS (reputed company), RSM Audit / Tax, Legal, Operations, and Payroll.
• reputed company contact for foreign subsidiary annual financial statement compilation and tax returns.
• Partner with internal and external teams on reputed company M&A activity, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration efforts.
• Collaborate with reputed company and other cross-functional departments to ensure completeness of accruals
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare reputed company government census reports. (Relaying required information from company financial statements to the census reports as instructions direct, as well as interacting with necessary departments)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience with high growth, SAAS Tech Companies
• Big 4 public accounting experience a plus
• Strong command of business and accounting principles (US GAAP), including consolidation reporting/elimination entries

• Ability to design financial controls and processes
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to identify problems and discrepancies, independently reputed company research and analysis of causes, and recommend corrective actions

The reputed company salary range for this position is $135,000 150,000. The actual reputed company pay offered will depend on the successful candidate's geographic location, as well as their relevant skills, experience, and the internal leveling determined during the interview process.
