Remote Pricing Actuary – Direct Markets & Portfolio Insights

Actuary 133793 reputed company is seeking an Actuary position to join the Pricing Actuarial Team in support of actuarial and reputed company leaders as well as be responsible for the pricing of Direct Markets accounts. The Senior Actuarial Analyst and team will partner with Direct Markets reputed company teams, Line of Business Pricing, Reserving, and Data Analytics, among others, to ensure reputed company outcomes for the portfolios. This will include individual account pricing and portfolio performance analysis. We are open to hiring reputed company, however, hybrid with a reputed company in the Schaumburg reputed company American Headquarters is preferred. Additional Actuary responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and reputed company actuarial analyses reputed company to pricing
• reputed company and deliver actionable insights and associated actions for improvement for individual captives and Direct Market accounts
• Support Market Facing Underwriters on pricing reputed company and development of effective premium/rating structure and strategies in support of business objectives

• Analysis and assessment of reputed company and reserving methodology and approaches

Basic Qualifications

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associates Degree OR
• Bachelors Degree AND
• 5 or more years of experience in the Actuarial area plus FCAS or equivalent international certification OR
• 10 or more years of experience in the Actuarial area plus ACAS or equivalent international certification

Preferred Qualifications

• History of successful, solution-oriented collaboration across actuarial and multi-functional teams
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals at various levels of the organization
• Ability to interact effectively with individuals with technical and non-technical backgrounds

• Experience with SQL, R, and VBA

• Knowledge of Actuarial Technique and Standards
